The GDA 2525 Carbon Monoxide (CO) gas sensor is a 2 wire 4-20 mA Loop Powered device. It has an electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor unit which is temperature compensated and easily replaceable.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The Carbon Monoxide gas sensor electronics are housed in a robust IP56 ABS sun tolerant plastic enclosure. Factory calibrated optional ranges of 0-100, 0-150 and 0-200 ppm . The Carbon Monoxide sensor element is on a pluggable lead to allow ease of replacement. The sensor head and its electronics are housed in a metal enclosure giving it excellent RFI and EMC compatibility with a splash proof cover giving an IP53 rating.
Poisoning: GDA sensors are designed to operate in a wide range of harsh environments and conditions. However, it is important that exposure to high concentrations of solvent vapours is avoided, both during storage and operation.

Car Park Gas Monitoring Systems | The Gas Detection Australia car park gas detection system comprises of 1 up to 16 GDA 2525 carbon monoxide car park gas detectors per zone or level. The car park gas concentration signals are sent from the car park gas detector and the highest level from all the car park gas detectors are displayed locally on the control unit. The latest regulations (AS1668.2-2012) call for variable extraction control and minimum flow rates. Gas Detection Australia car park system's allows variable-speed drive (VSD) control that will meet this requirement of the australian car park gas detection standards. The car park carbon monoxide sensors (GDA 2525) are designed to be unobtrusive, simple to install and calibrate. All systems manufactured by Gas Detection Australia are built, programed and calibrated in our factory prior to delivery and will only require wiring and connecting . Designed, Manufactured and Supported in Australia. |
Generator Rooms | A range of devices from single point go / no go detectors such as the DA-2010 through to sophisticated IEC Ex type gas detectors / gas sensors can be used for detection of Natural gas, Propane, Butane and various other mixtures. Designed, Manufactured and Supported in Australia. |
Air Conditioning Monitoring | Air conditioning gas detection systems are used in a number of ways. In air conditioning plant rooms Gas Detection Australia has gas sensors and gas detectors for Ammonia , Propane, CO2 and R134a, R123, R125, R404, R407c R410a etc. In enclosed laboratories classrooms and workspaces. The Gas Detection Australia range of flush mounted Air Conditioning gas sensors for Carbon Dioxide GDA 4360 are used by the HVAC industry to control fresh air input into rooms and modulate supply. In the case of VRF systems needing room air conditioning gas detection HVAC industry uses the flush mounted GDA 3160 which are unobtrusive and used to detect low levels of R134a, R123, R404, R407c, R410 etc. Meets the requirements of AS/NZS 5149.3:2016 and ISO 5149-3:2014 Designed, Manufactured and Supported in Australia. |
