The 2528 Oxygen gas sensor is a 2 wire 4-20 mA Loop Powered device with a range of 0-25% vol Oxygen. It has an electrochemical gas sensing unit which is temperature compensated. The gas sensor element is on a pluggable lead allow ease of replacement. The oxygen gas sensor electronics are housed in a robust ABS sun tolerant plastic enclosure rated IP65; the sensor head and its electronics are housed in a metal enclosure giving it excellent RFI and EMC compatibility. The sensor head is fitted with a splash proof cover giving an IP62 rating.

Sewage Treatment Plant-Methane Gas Detection

The presence of Hydrogen Sulphide  can be detected by using the Gas Detection Australia GDA 2529 gas detector/ gas sensor to detect leaks of Hydrogen Sulphide  and evoke deodorisation plant. Battery Room-Hydrogen Gas Detection System

The GDA 2560-014  and a range of associated Gas Detection Australia  controllers can be used in battery room gas detection  to detect hydrogen in battery rooms and sound alarms. The battery room gas detection systems comprise of a  Gas Detection Australia  hydrogen gas sensor GDA 2560-04 and a gas sensor control unit. The Gas Detection Australia control unit  GDA 4020 or GDA 4011 is situated external to the battery room to display the gas concentrations and the alarm status. The battery room gas detection system can then be interfaced to extraction fans, sounders or other apparatus. Air Conditioning- Gas Detection for Offices and Classrooms

Air conditioning gas detection systems  are used in a number of ways. Cryogenic Rooms-Oxygen Depletion Gas Detection

Cryogenic freezing using liquid  Nitrogen poses a problem of oxygen depletion. The GDA 2528 oxygen gas detector / gas sensor offers a cost effective method of detection and low cost of maintenance. For standalone cyro-storage chambers housed in laboratories , the storage area can be monitored for oxygen depletion by the standalone GD40125 system.
