Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colourless, odourless gas formed when substances containing carbon (such as petrol, gas, coal and wood) are burned with an insufficient supply of air. Motor vehicles are the main source of carbon monoxide pollution in urban areas.
Carbon monoxide has serious health impacts on humans and animals. When inhaled, the carbon monoxide bonds to the haemoglobin in the blood in place of oxygen to become carboxyhaemoglobin. This reduces the oxygen-carrying capacity of the red blood cells and decreases the supply of oxygen to tissues and organs, especially the heart and brain. For people with cardiovascular disease, this can be a serious problem.

The GDA 4500 is designed to be used where sensors are placed in areas that are difficult to gain access such as pits and elevated areas.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GD 4508/16 is a 1 to 16 point gas sampling system for use in commercial buildings to control fresh air make up in rooms relative to external fresh air. Available for: Carbon Monoxide (CO), Oxygen (O₂) or Carbon Dioxide (CO2).
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
Designed to be used where areas that are difficult to gain access due to distance or toxic environment. As well as to detect greater ranges of toxic gases using advanced Pyrolyzer technology converting electrochemically inactive gases to easily detected gases.
The SENKO SGT is a low cost disposable sensor, guaranteed 2 years operating life without recharging.
MGT is a Portable Multi-Gas Detector engineered for personal protection and use in confined spaces detecting Oxygen (O₂), Hydrogen Sulphide (H₂S), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Combustible Gases
