IEC Ex approved gas detectors and sensors for use in Zone 1 areas within Australia for both Toxic and Flammable gases.
Hazardous Areas are areas in which an explosive gas atmosphere is or may be expected to be present, in quantities such as to require special precautions for the construction installation and use of equipment construction, installation and use of equipment. Hazardous areas are classified into 3 zones based upon the frequency of the occurrence and duration of an explosive gas atmosphere, as follows:
As per IEC60079-10-1
SI-100 is a IEC Ex fixed gas detector installed in a place where potential gas hazard occurs to measure oxygen, toxic gas and combustible gas. It shows not only the concentration of gas but also diagnostic result of the unit itself through the LCD display and can be connected to the controller with a standard 4-20mA analog output communication or RS-485 digital communication.
SI-100C is a IEC Ex explosion proof gas sensor ready to installed hazardous and non-hazardous areas to prevent gas hazards caused oxygen depletion, toxic gas or combustible gas. Available to detect over 25 different gas types, see Ordering Information for details.
The GDA 4020 control unit has 2 x 4-20 mA i/p with 3 associated programmable relay alarm levels per sensor. There is an independent fault relay. There are 3 x analog o/p’s which can be configured for either channel as 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-5 V or 0-10 V. The controller has an isolated RS485 o/p which can be configured to drive modbus or an interface to the M2001 mimic panel. All configurations are carried out via the front panel push buttons. The unit requires 24 VDC.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GDA 4080 Gas Detection Controller is designed to be to take up to 8x 4-20 mA sensor inputs and display the gas readings of the individual sensors. The multi-colour display will indicate the alarm status, levels and faults.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GDA 4080RD Remote Display is a flush mounted multi-colour display will indicate the alarm status, levels and faults in a remote location from the main GDA 4080 Control Panel
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The MS001 uses one of the alarm SPCO relays from the GDA 4020, GDA 4011, or GDA 2400 to drive the AVR-20R/YM sounder- flasher. The sounder- flasher can be muted by incorporating the MS001 into the o/p switched 24 VDC from the control panel. The sounder will sound when a gas alarm occurs and continue sounding until either the alarm level falls below its threshold value or the MS001 button is pressed. The Mute function automatically resets when the alarm condition terminates.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
This sounder/flashers operates at 24VDC. The sounder can be permanently disabled so that unit acts as a flasher only. These units are designed for internal use. These are available in Red or Amber.
The IS-A105N is a high output, 105dB alarm sounder. Suitable for all intrinsically safe signalling applications including fire, security and process control.
The IS-L101L unit is an intrinsically safe field mounting beacon which provides a bright
flashing warning signal.

The SENKO SGT is a low cost disposable sensor, guaranteed 2 years operating life without recharging or calibration required.
MGT is a Portable Multi-Gas Detector engineered for personal protection and use in confined spaces detecting Oxygen (O₂), Hydrogen Sulphide (H₂S), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Combustible Gases
