The SI-100C and a range of associated Gas Detection Australia controllers can be used in battery room gas detection to detect hydrogen in battery rooms and sound alarms. The battery room gas detection systems comprise of a hydrogen gas sensor SI-100C and a gas sensor control unit. The Gas Detection Australia control unit GDA 4020 or GDA 4011 is situated external to the battery room to display the gas concentrations and the alarm status. The battery room gas detection system can then be interfaced to extraction fans, sounders or other apparatus. For smaller battery charging rooms the standalone GDA 40126 can provide an integrated sensor and controller with outputs to drive extraction fans and sounders.
The GDA 2528 Oxygen gas sensor is a 2 wire 4-20 mA Loop Powered device with a range of 0-25% vol Oxygen. It has an electrochemical gas sensing unit which is temperature compensated and easily replaceable.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GDA 2628 Oxygen gas sensor is a further enhancement of the GDA 2528 Oxygen gas sensor that allows AC and DC operation. It has an electrochemical gas sensing unit which is temperature compensated and easily replaceable.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GDA 40125 Gas Detection Controller is a standalone gas detector unit with inbuilt display, sounder, flasher, relays and alarm driver. Available in the full range of GDA 2500 series electrochemical sensors which are temperature compensated and easily replaceable.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
SI-100 is an IEC Ex fixed gas detector installed where potential gas hazard occur to measure and monitor oxygen, toxic gas and combustible gas. Through the LCD display the SI-100 shows the concentration of gases present and the status of the unit in real time. It can be connected to a controller with a standard 4-20mA analog output communication or RS-485 digital communication. With magnetic buttons a Hot Work permit not required for calibration with no need to open the device.
SI-100C is a IEC Ex explosion proof gas sensor ready to installed hazardous and non-hazardous areas to prevent gas hazards caused oxygen depletion, toxic gas or combustible gas. Available to detect over 25 different gas types, see Ordering Information for details.
This is a flush wall mounted (Clipsal GPO) single channel control unit. It interfaces to all the GDA a series of 4-20mA sensors. There are 3 relay o/p’s, Alarm 1, 2, and fault. These relays are SPCO. The backlit LCD display indicates current gas concentration and alarm status. There is an internal sounder which can be muted from the front panel. The unit requires 24v dc.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GDA 4020 control unit has 2 x 4-20 mA i/p with 3 associated programmable relay alarm levels per sensor. There is an independent fault relay. There are 3 x analog o/p’s which can be configured for either channel as 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-5 V or 0-10 V. The controller has an isolated RS485 o/p which can be configured to drive modbus or an interface to the M2001 mimic panel. All configurations are carried out via the front panel push buttons. The unit requires 24 VDC.

The GDA 4080 Gas Detection Controller is designed to be to take up to eight sensor inputs and display the gas readings of the individual sensors. The multi-colour display will indicate the alarm status, levels and faults.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GDA 2400 control unit caters for up to 8 GDA Sensors. The controller selects the highest reading from the sensors and displays the highest reading and is used when all the gas sensors are the same type. It is particularly useful in Periphery monitoring and Car park ventilation control.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The M2001 is a low profile flush wall mounted mimic panel. These units are used on multi entry rooms so that users may view the gas levels and alarm status of each entry point for entering the room, used in conjunction with the GDA 4020, GDA 2400 or GDA 4500 control unit.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GDA 74001 is a low profile flush wall mounted mimic panel. These units are used on multi entry rooms so that users may view the gas levels and alarm status of each entry point for entering the room The 74001 is used in conjunction with the GDA 4080 control unit.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The GDA 74002 is a Extended Mimic Large Character Display . These are designed so that users may view the gas level and alarm status clearly from any point. The colour of the LED back light changes depending on the alarm state of the GDA 4080 control unit.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
The MS001 uses one of the alarm relays from a GDA gas detection controller to drive the AVR-20R/YM sounder & flasher. The sounder- flasher can be muted by incorporating the MS001 into the output switched 24 VDC from the control panel.
Designed, manufactured and supported locally in Australia.
This sounder/flashers operates at 24VDC. The sounder can be permanently disabled so that unit acts as a flasher only. These units are designed for internal use. These are available in Red or Amber.
The IS-A105N is a high output, 105dB alarm sounder. Suitable for all intrinsically safe signalling applications including fire, security and process control.
The IS-L101L unit is an intrinsically safe field mounting beacon which provides a bright
flashing warning signal.
